Our Story
Back in 1977, Coneheads Ice Cream was born in Oneida, NY, when Jeff Behr opened the original shop. What started as a small family-owned business with a passion for delicious ice cream soon grew into a beloved local staple.
Today, Adam Behr, Jeff’s son, is the proud owner of Coneheads Ice Cream and oversees five locations: Oneida, Blossvale, Minoa, Canastota, and the newest location in Sherrill. Alongside Adam, his wife Samantha plays a pivotal role in managing and running the locations, ensuring that each shop continues to deliver the Coneheads tradition of high-quality service and treats. Together, they are keeping the family legacy alive while bringing even more joy to the community.

Spreading Smiles and Joy Across Coneheads
Hi there! I’m Rev—a happy, ice cream-loving yellow lab and the original Coneheads pup. You may have seen me at the window, tail wagging, waiting for my daily Doggie Delight from Grandpa, or stealing the spotlight in early Coneheads commercials with mom & dad over 12 fun-filled years.
Becoming the mascot was a no-brainer—who else could bring this much joy, charm, and a hint of mischief? Even though I’m not around in person anymore, you’ll still spot me on logos, social media, stickers, apparel, and more—spreading smiles (and maybe a little ice cream envy).
I was deeply loved and will never be forgotten. If you catch me grinning back from a post or sticker, that’s me—still wagging my tail, sharing the sweetness, and always ready to brighten your day. 💛
